We really enjoyed the venue at Quigley Wines, as well as Chef Mark. He was both funny and knowledgeable. He even had some fun trivia about the dish we were making (paella). Our food turned out good and we will definitely be trying it at home.

Absolutely loved the class and Chef Mark! He made the class so enjoyable and fun with his humor, his expertise and the history of paella, who knew there was so much history associated with the worldwide renowned dish!? Very impressed that he was able to accommodate our food preferences (seafood no meat) the shrimp, mussels and swordfish was delicious, a real treat. Chef mark gave us hints on how to change up the recipe should we need to, we were interested in a vegetarian paella. Loved how he interacted with all attendees on a personal level. We shall definitely recommend Chef Mark and the cooking class - Thank you

Chef Mark was a lot of fun. He integrated history, geography, and cooking and taught a fabulous class. We enjoyed the structure of his class and it flew by so fast. The paella we made was amazing with fresh ingredients and full of flavor. Would definitely take another one of Chef Mark’s class!

Great
