Chef Scotty is on a mission to make cooking a fun, accessible, exciting, and soul-satisfying experience for all. Locally, you can usually find him talking recipes with Sam the Cooking Guy and also in local San Diego schools teaching how to eat in healthy ways and build a lifelong skill.

Honestly, if you enjoy a flat out good time while you casually learn how to cook a tasty meal, then look no further! This is a full on experience and does not disappoint! Your educator does all the hard prep work for you so that you can just pop all the delicious ingredients in and cook along with the class. We highly recommend.

Chef Scott is a real pro and a joy to learn from. He's got a great easy going vibe. My wife and I had a un time learning how to make dumplings. He made a point to teach us in a way that we could actually do this at home. That's the best kind of cooking class. Can't wait for the next one!

Chef Scott taught an excellent class on making dumplings. From someone who does enjoy cooking Asian style dishes, this class was an absolute treat. Chef Scott was able to teach different cooking styles and different dumpling shapes, all while being extremely patient and very informative. This class was an absolute blast and eating the dumplings was almost as fun as making them!

Chef Scottie was wonderful with the explanations and showing of different types of ways to fold dumplings and kept it entertaining. It was also helpful he explained the different types of sauces we could use and additionally where he buys the ingredients.
THis was our first cooking class and we really enjoyed it. Thank you!

Chef Scott was so kind and made this experience so fun! All ingredients and cookware were provided and the atmosphere was casual and encouraging. This was my first cooking class and I had so much fun! Will definitely be looking to do more of Chef Scott’s classes.

Chef did a great job! He was well organized and prepared. That's a lot of food and equipment to set up, take down, and clean
I'd give the chef a 5 star, but unfortunately, the flavor of the Pad Thai didn't meet our expectations.
