Chef Scotty is on a mission to make cooking a fun, accessible, exciting, and soul-satisfying experience for all. Locally, you can usually find him talking recipes with Sam the Cooking Guy and also in local San Diego schools teaching how to eat in healthy ways and build a lifelong skill.

Chef Scott was awesome! So knowledgable about so many different Asian cuisines and he really makes the class. The pad thai came out amazing with his simple instructions too which was great. Such a great cooking class experience.

This was our first cocusocial cooking class and we thought it was great! Loved have everything prepared so we could focus on the cooking. I am a true novice cook and was not intimidated at all. Thanks chef Scotty!!

It was fun, but a little basic. It's possible thats a personal thing...I really thought it would be more involved. Scott seems very nice, but I wasn't "wowed". Everyone had a good time and the dumplings were good, but I guess, overall, I just expected more
