Chef Scotty is on a mission to make cooking a fun, accessible, exciting, and soul-satisfying experience for all. Locally, you can usually find him talking recipes with Sam the Cooking Guy and also in local San Diego schools teaching how to eat in healthy ways and build a lifelong skill.

Chef Scott taught us many shapes and was very hands on considering he had a full class! Kept us stocked and very attentive. We learned various dumpling shapes, tips on getting the best steamed, fried and vegetable variation too.

Chef Scott was great! We really enjoyed the class - it was interesting, we learned a lot and the dumplings were delicious! Chef Scott squeezed a lot into the two hours - they flew by!
Would definitely go to another of his other cooking classes. 👌

5/5! They always say 3rd time is a charm and I believe it's true! It was a pleasure being able to attend Chef Scott's ramen class. By far the tastiest and most delicious cooking class I have ever attended with Cocu Social. I really appreciate Chef Scott's enthusiasm and passion for cooking, it definitely shows!
