I had such a great experience at the CocuSocial noodle-making class! The class was fun, interactive, and easy to follow, even if you don’t have much experience making noodles from scratch. Chef Yen was wonderful and very friendly, patient, and made the whole experience so enjoyable. I loved being able to learn something new while having fun throughout the process. And of course, getting to eat the noodles we made at the end was the best part! 🍜 I would definitely recommend this class to anyone looking for a fun date night, activity with friends, or just something different to try. I’d absolutely take another CocuSocial class!

I recently took a cooking class here and it was absolutely awesome! We learned to hand pull our own noodles from scratch and we even made a sauce to go with it. The food was so good and the experience was so fun.

Another fantastic CocuSocial cooking experience! I recently took The Art of Chinese Pulled Noodles class at Societe Brewing in Old Town San Diego with Chef Yen and this time I brought my daughter along! We had just as much fun as my husband and I did during a pasta-making class we took previously with another chef. This class was such a fun, hands-on experience. We made our noodles completely from scratch, starting with the dough and then learning how to hand-pull the noodles ourselves. We boiled them to perfection and then added delicious toppings and mix-ins to create our own noodle dishes. And the best part is that they were absolutely delicious! Who knew WE could do this! Chef Yen was wonderful, engaging, personable, knowledgeable, and just plain fun to learn from. She made the class feel relaxed and approachable while still teaching us the techniques behind what we were making. I would absolutely take another class with Chef Yen (and CocuSocial) anytime. It's such a great way to spend time with someone you enjoy, learn something new, laugh a lot, and eat really good food (that you make yourself) along the way. Highly recommend CocuSocial for a fun, unique experience—and if you get the chance to take a class with Chef Yen, do it!

Chef Yen's class was amazing! She prepped all the ingredients beforehand and had everything we needed laid out, making the class super easy to follow. Noodle pulling was extremely fun and Chef Yen did a great job to guide everyone in the class through the process!

Chef Yen was knowledgeable, provided great instructions, kept the class on pace, and showed us how to make yummy noodles! My husband, who never cooks, had fun and made the whole dish by himself! Thank you, Chef Yen for a great date night!!

I cannot say enough good things about Chef Yen. This is the best class I have taken so far. Making the pizza dough and pizza was a lot of fun. She made it a whole experience and made everyone love making pizza dough. Highly recommend this class.

This recipe was so easy and so so yummy! I also had SUCH a yummy beer which was an added bonus. Great experience and Chef Yen was good vibes!
