Chef Alexis has been a chef for 6 years. She's from the East Bay, graduated from culinary and baking school, and is currently obtaining her bachelor’s degree with plans to expand her food business and career goals. She specializes in vegan cookery and wants everyone to learn how to implement healthy foods into their daily routines. She's done everything from fine dining to cafes to catering for large corporations and loves sharing her expertise with students of all culinary levels.
