Solidly good experience. Chef Andrew was personable, friendly, gave clear directions, and made a delicious sauce. There were a few details with prep that will go more smoothly now that the venue details are known. But overall we’re glad we went! I might suggest offering this as a 2.5 hour class, depending on registration.
