As a Shanghai native with European residency and currently based in California, Chef Grace skillfully blends the tastes of my hometown with Western culinary techniques. My passion for cooking ignited at a young age. Chef Grace's culinary venture began in the UK in 2012 and has since flourished into a diverse range of services, including catering, cooking classes, meal prep, and supper club experiences. Having immigrated to the US 15 years ago, Chef Grace wholeheartedly embraces the opportunity to showcase the fusion of Asian cuisine with an international touch. Her ultimate goal is to share the authentic flavors of Chinese cuisine with my students, offering a taste of true culinary excellence.
