Chef Paul has been a Professional Chef since 1995 and has been cooking since 1990.
He has enjoyed a career with world-famous chefs such as Gary Danko, Todd English and Cindy Pawlcyn. After honing his skills and gaining experiences in Las Vegas, California and Colorado and even visiting to James Beard and participating in many events, restaurants and consultations, he now shares his knowledge and best of Chef's tips and tricks as an educator with other food lovers and enthusiasts.
