They’ve completely transformed how she cooks, and now she can’t stop experimenting with them! Whether it’s dumplings or tortillas, she loves turning simple ingredients into something exciting. She's all about making cooking fun, approachable, and a little adventurous. In her classes you can expect to laugh a little (or a lot) and create something delicious!

I had the most wonderful experience attending the dumpling made from millets cooking class hosted by Puja Agrawal. Puja has such a warm and welcoming teaching style that made everyone feel comfortable and confident, even for someone like me who’s not very experienced in the kitchen. She explained each step with great detail, sharing helpful tips and tricks along the way, which made the process easy to follow. Chef Puja’s dumpling class was a delightful experience! Her passion for cooking is evident in everything she does - from her careful ingredient selection to her expert techniques. She shares wonderful cooking anecdotes while teaching, and the dumplings we made were absolutely delicious. A fantastic hands-on class that I highly recommend!

We had a great time, and the flavors of the food were delicious! I do think it would have been nice to get a chance to have hands-on experience with making the dough and the filling ourselves, and there was a lot of waiting at certain points in time. Just considering crowd management with the space would be a good idea. Thank you for the great experience!

Puja was a very educated and thoughtful instructor. She had great knowledge and passion about the ingredients we were using, particularly the gluten free flours we cooked with. Simultaneously, she made the whole experience very fun and easy going and the dumplings were delicious! As someone who loves to cook and also has celiac, I will be on the look out for more classes with Puja.
