Chef Wendy has found herself deep in a lifetime of food exploration. Having always had a love for cooking, her skills deepened and knowledge expanded after experiencing various health challenges, leading her down the path of Holistic Nutrition with a consultant certification from Bauman College. With specific expertise in creating delectable dishes safe for all diets and avoiding major allergens, Wendy has found ways to help those around her continue to enjoy their favorite meals while avoiding common problem ingredients.
She is highly experienced with Keto/Paleo, Vegan/Plant-Based, low FODMAP, and more diets with a specific focus always on Healthy Digestion. With passion for fermentation, plant-based cuisine, and sprouted foods, there is never a dull bite or boring meal.
After nearly four years as the Lead Superfoods Chef at the Facebook Headquarters, Wendy is in the midst of pursuing many avenues including teaching holistic cooking, writing cookbooks, and professional recipe development, as well as co-founding two companies focused on functional and fermented beverages.
