Chef John joins us in Seattle after having just moved from North Carolina.
He has worked in every aspect of a restaurant while in Los Angeles, San Franciso, and Atlanta.
He was even Whitney Houston's personal chef!
He is thrilled to be working in Seattle and can't wait to share his craft with new students.

Chef John is great. Talented culinary artist with lots of tips and interesting stories. Class size wasn't big which is perfect. Everyone was great. I'd definitely take another of his classes!

John was a wonderful teacher. Patient, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. I have never been a baker, but I’m beyond pleased at how my biscotti and tiramisu turned out. I’m looking forward to trying to make this on my own.

What a great treat for Mothers day! Our little family of 6 learned how to make Macarons with Chef John and we loved it!
