Teacher was great, he was social and funny. He had us watch him make 4 drinks and we picked 2 of the 4 to make. I liked most the people that attended because they all were outgoing and made the class even more fun. A few downhills for me is that he was low on shakers which was okay but you expect tools to be there for everyone when paying for a class. Another was the way he was presenting, when he’d make the drinks his tools would be very close to him and there’s other objects in the way but it’s also his second class doing this so it wasn’t honestly that bad. You can stand and walk around to see. Last opinion is that I’m aware the class said we work in pairs, although it’d be cool for every individual to be involved and have their own tools so that it’s more hands on. I wish for the margarita making, we’d have made the rim with sugar or salt. I think that would’ve added to it! Okay last thing for real (more like a tip for the teacher), pre-pour the liquor before the class starts if you ever end up having the class make every drink you present. I’ve found that in a previous drink making class I did, this flow was smooth. They’d have someone come around and pick up the tools we don’t need anymore for the next drinks and after each presentation, we’d make the drink. Still tasted yummy! I know the teacher talks about carbonation and the ice melting so you don’t want it out for too long, but just an opinion if you change up the way you want to teach / or experiment with the way you teach. Overall, it was a good experience!

Instructional and knowledgeable class to learn basic pillars for cocktail making. Nick also has great humor to keep it fun and light. We definitely think we can reciprocate these techniques for friends and families at parties.
