Italy, New York, and California. Seamus is very excited to share the knowledge and skills

garnered from his travels and experiences!

It was nice, but not two hours, which we could've had if we had prepared more of the meal. We would've liked some tea to go with the dumplings.

This class was surprisingly more than we expected! Came to learn how to make handmade pasta but also learned to make sauce as well! Seamus knew what he was doing and explained things well. Eating the pasta at the end was delicious! Only thing was that because it said “Pasta Making Class For Two” we expected to both have our own area where we each got to learn. Instead it was one standing behind the other watching. Not to detract from the experience, just not what we were expecting. Overall a pleasant experience!

I had an amazing 2 hours with Seamus Platt and his Classic Handmade Pasta recipe and technique. The pasta was delicious and the experience was top-notch. I highly recommend trying it out!
