After graduating summa cum laude from Culinary Institute LeNôtre with not one, but two culinary degrees, Chef Terry utilized his gastronomic talents and entrepreneurial spirit as a gourmet Personal Chef. Chef Terry then began working his way up the restaurant kitchen food chain going from line cook to sous chef and finally to executive chef. He enjoys sharing his knowledge with others and teaching them how to make creative, delicious and nutritious meals.

He was great!! Everything was literally perfect and just as you’d want it to be. I think maybe a little less dried shrimp in the experimental batch, but that’s kind of the point of an “experimental” batch :)
