This is the 3rd class I've taken with Chef Scott. He's a great instructor - very patient, funny, and takes his time showing the steps necessary to craft our food creations. He provides "behind the scenes" commentary and educates his audience about what is "sushi grade" fish, how fish for sushi is handled/managed, where to find the right ingredients, and what to stay away from. This class is definitely a hands-on class handling sticky rice, ahi tuna, salmon, crab, and a couple of veggies in making 3 different rolls. We were provided with all the right tools/equipment to make our artistic creations, and they turned out very tasty. This is a great class for families, friends, and work colleagues looking for a team building event.
