Chef Stephen is originally from Boston and holds a Culinary degree from the prestigious Johnson and Wales College, graduating there in RI just after Emeril Lagasse. After working for years in fine dining restaurants and also as the New England Patriots Executive Chef, Stephen has developed experience that has lent itself to becoming a Culinary Arts instructor with extensive repertoire of Culinary expertise and knowledge.

This is a great class to learn how you can make your own sushi. Chef explains everything perfectly. For friends and couples this is a wonderful time to spend together.

I had a great time in the class! It was very informative and engaging. The fish was very fresh and I was stuffed at the end of the class. The instructor was very knowledge and personable. You could tell he has a passion for cooking, people and teaching. I would recommend to anyone!

This class was a blast! Chef Stephen was very entertaining and very personable. He did a great job of preparing us to make sushi successfully on our own. I highly recommend this class, and I'm sure any others he teaches are great. The class was also a fun and memorable date night with my wife!
