Be transported to a magical place during this unforgettable culinary experience. You are cordially invited to Chef Jordan's home located above Lake Cuyamaca surrounded by the lush trees where a stunning view of the mountains will captivate your senses. You will also get a chance to tour Chef Jordan's organic garden, where some of the ingredients needed for the dishes will come from. Talk about truly a garden-to-table meal! Bring your camera - you will want to take photos to remember this special evening where you feel like you are on a vacation away from the hustle and bustle of San Diego.

You will whet your appetite by making fresh spring rolls bursting with Thai flavors along with a creamy and nutty peanut dipping sauce. Then, we will make colorful Thai coconut yellow curry featuring rainbow carrots, hemp seeds and sweet potato that is not only pleasing to our eyes and stomach but also healthy to feed your body. Healthy and tasty...we really can have the best of both worlds!

Once you have finished making you dishes, we will dine together (socially distanced) and say cheers to celebrate the fruits of our labor!

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets in case you wish to recreate the dish on your own after the class. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).

Where the class will be
Guest requirement
Guests are invited to BYOB wine, champagne or beer. Guests are also encouraged to bring their own aprons to class. Masks should be worn at all times and gloves will be provided. You will be seated with your party, otherwise social distancing guidelines will be in place.
Cancellation policy
Reschedule request have to be made at least 48 hours before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 14 days for groups of 6 people or more. Cancellations are not permitted and tickets are non-refundable.See terms and policy.

Chef Jordan was great! We had such a great time talking and learning new cooking skills. The food was so amazing and he broke it down so the recipes weren’t so intimidating. Most of all it was a great time with my husband in good company! I highly recommend it!

Jordan is a wonderful chef, and good conversationalist, and made the experience very enjoyable. The Thai Currey we made was wonderful and his cozy home, mellow music, and fire for warmth was a wonderful atmosphere. Highly recommend him.
