We source the freshest ingredients to let the flavors shine through in this simple yet impressive dish. We'll also go over our favorite resources in LA Area to find the ingredients and basic equipment you'll need for making your own pasta at home.

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).

Outside drinks are not allowed. Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. 21+ only. Dietary requests cannot be accommodated for public events so please reference the dietary restrictions that are met by this class above.
Cancellation policy
Reschedule request have to be made at least 48 hours before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 14 days for groups of 6 people or more. Cancellations are not permitted and tickets are non-refundable.See terms and policy.

Candice was wonderful - lovely personality and great presentation skills. I think the space was challening as hard to hear her and see when she was presenting. It took awhile to boil the ravioli too. She was well-prepared and her assistant equally helpful. I would recommend to others!

Wonderful experience, excellent chef instructor! Some helpful hints for an even better experience are: use a microphone, we could not hear instructions, anecdotes nor information, the area we were set up in was rather noisy. Supplies: might each paying couple have their own supplies (ravioli cutter and stamp, rather than sharing among four people?) Lastly, we couldn't hear explicit directions for how long we should leave our ravioli boiling and so they were undercooked! (we were hungry!)

Great teacher and great class. I learned some simple tricks and if I desired I could make this at home. The food won’t be enough for a whole meal. Expect it to be appetizer.
