Master Pie Baking Class for Two

Description

Looking for a sweet way to fully revel in this festive winter season in all its glory? This intimate, private master baking experience for two will be a surefire way to inspire your creativity in the kitchen, while satisfying your pie cravings.
In this memorable, hands-on class, you will learn the art of baking two different pies completely from scratch to perfection. Guided by the expert instructions from Chef Chelsea, a Le Cordon Bleu graduate who comes from a five star hotel pastry professional background, you will be in good hands every step along the way. Each participant will make three different individual portion sized pies: Classic yet luxurious Apple Streusel Pie and Rich and Decadent Pecan Pie. Before you know it you will have mastered the tips and tricks of creating the perfect pie crust, sumptuous fillings, and bake Le Cordon Bleu worthy treats!
When you arrive at Chef's place, you will be greeted with light refreshments and snacks to ease you into the class. You will also be baking a savory quiche, which can easily serve as a meal, however, if you are coming after dinner, we highly encourage you to leave some room to taste your own sweet creations at the end of the class!
No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the baking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting.

Please arrive 15 minutes early, wearing your mask. This class is BYOB!

This was a very fun night! It was relaxed and easy-going. Chelsea answered all of our questions with so much knowledge. She was also very good at time management-we got everything done in the time we had. We will be doing this again!
