Bread & Butter

Description

There are few things that go together better than butter spread over freshly baked bread! Now, is your chance to master the skills involved of making both from scratch!

In this fun, interactive, and hands-on class you will learn the history, science, and techniques involved with making bread and butter. Guests will create two small loaves of bread and fresh butter to spread over some nice, warm slices. Experiment with flavors to customize your loaves with sweet or savory ingredients!

Our Chef Instructor will ensure that guests leave this class with an understanding of how to go forth and bake bread at home. Once you've tasted fresh bread, it sure is hard to go back to the store bought kind. Just wait until you try this butter!

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).

Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in, especially if you’re part of a large group. Outside drinks are not allowed. 21+ only.
