Your chef will educate you on selecting the appropriate fish, demonstrate and guide you through the necessary knife skills, and discuss the science of the citrus-curing process to transform your fresh seafood into a crowd pleasing ceviche right before your eyes. You will have the opportunity to customize your creation according to your palate, with various spices, herbs and crunchy diced vegetables. You will also put your knife skills to work by learning how to prepare a fresh Pico de Gallo salsa from scratch, and enjoy both dishes alongside crispy tortilla chips at the end of class.
