Great experience! Chef has an incredible amount of knowledge he shares in an inviting, fun and humorous way. The sushi created was excellent and it was a blast to play around with unfamiliar techniques and ingredients. Only critique is to mix in all the information with the hands on as it felt like the first half to 3/4 was soaking in all the info, and the last bit was all the cooking.

Chef Devon was great. He was very personable and gave lots of little hints on types of products to use, how to alter the sushi to your taste, and how to make the process easier. The food was great and the time very enjoyable - highly recommend the class.

Chef Devon was awesome! Super fun and a great teacher. The only thing was the set up was small and too close to others—I had read that we would have our own station with our party away from others. He also was not prepared with us bringing our own drinks. Worked out though and was great.
