In this memorable, hands-on class, you will learn the art of French Choux pastry. Choux has the reputation for being difficult, but it’s surprisingly simple! Chef Cregg will take you through a detailed demonstration, before you will be guided step-by-step in replicating how to make the perfect Choux dough, piping, baking and filling to create Chocolate Eclairs, Paris-Brest with Chocolate Orange Custard Filling and Herb and cheese Gouréges.
 
Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who is happier observing and assisting (or taste testing). You will work with others in your booking party, otherwise you will be socially distanced from other guests.
 
 All guests will be required to show proof of full vaccination in order to participate in class.  The Chef will provide disposable gloves and aprons for you to use during the class. Masks should be worn at all times except when eating or drinking. You will be seated with your booking party, otherwise social distancing guidelines will be in place. .
