Let's Brunch! Homemade Eggs Benedict With Healthy Hollandaise

Description

In this class you will learn to make delicious homemade Eggs Benedict without a heavy butter filled hollandaise and without the need to use a double broiler. Traditional hollandaise calls for a large amount emulsified butter which we will substitute with veganaise and add cayenne, stone ground mustard and a hint of apple cider vinegar for a delicious non traditional kick!

You will prepare this alongside delicious garlicky oven roasted potatoes filled with veggies that go together wonderfully with the oozy yolks of our one of a kind Eggs Benedict. Bring on the mimosas and learn to make the perfect Brunch Benny!

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting. The class will take place outdoor in Chef's personal backyard garden.

Please arrive on time, wearing your mask. Guests are invited to bring their own wine, beer, or champagne.
