Guests will discover the pleasure of making fresh pasta into delicious and unique stuffed ravioli using a bounty of fresh ingredients. Made with no animal meat product, this class excites vegetarian and non-vegetarian pallets to the very best. Included in your experience along with fresh pasta and tiramisu is a simple yet elegant salad. Chef Candice will demo more advanced parts of making the tiramisu from scratch, then you will build your own individual tiramisu to take home as a sweet memento of your gourmet adventure.
Get the “how to” on our chef’s luxurious filling, then mix your own dough from flour and hand roll thin sheets to cuddle the beautiful treasure. You will then create classic sauce to coat your ravioli.
But wait! No meal is complete without the sweet! Little else says “Italian” like a strong, sweet tiramisu, meaning "pick me up." In the class you’ll learn how to prepare the ingredients and build your own tiramisu. Perfect!
