Decadent Chocolate Truffles

Description

There are few better ways to show your love (for yourself or others!) than with chocolate, especially if it's made from scratch!

Join our Pastry Chef Instructor as he teaches you the art of tempering, piping, dipping, and decorating chocolate truffles. You will be amazed at how professional your chocolate masterpieces turn out.

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Students will take home 12 truffles. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the baking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for parking and check in, especially if you’re part of a large group.  Guests will work in groups throughout the class, sharing equipment and ingredients.  At this time, alcoholic drinks are NOT allowed onsite at this venue. You are welcome to bring your own non-alcoholic beverages to enjoy throughout class.

To ensure the safety and enriching experience of all participants, we require children aged 14 to 17 be accompanied by a parent or guardian during our cooking classes.  Classes are intended for adults 18+.
