Biryani and South Indian Classics

Description

Celebrate spiced chicken dishes and cooling accompaniments to balance the menu. This immersive lesson blends fiery spices, fragrant herbs and soothing cool-downs in the form of dips for a meal that sings with contrast. You'll kick things off with red chili-kissed "chicken 65," delightfully crisp and tangy. Followed by a timeless chicken biryani dish layered with rice and infused with an aromatic masala spice blend. To finish, you’ll cool things down with refreshing cucumber-onion raita and a silky mango lassi. This is a fully hands-on class. Cooking will take place at an individual station for each guest.

No experience is required! All equipment and ingredients will be provided.  Our events are casual and meant to be fun, relaxing and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting.

Please note that class will be hosted in Chef Raaje's place.  Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in and get comfortable.  Guests ages 21+ are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Where the class will be
Guest requirement

Guests ages 21+ are invited to BYOB wine, beer, or champagne.  The nature of our classes are set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment.

Cancellation policy
Reschedule request have to be made at least 48 hours before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 14 days for groups of 6 people or more. Cancellations are not permitted and tickets are non-refundable.See terms and policy.
