Italian Antipasto and Aperol Spritz

Description

In this intimate and exclusive culinary experience, you will explore a hands-on approach to making a perfect Italian Antipasti based on traditional techniques. Guided by Chef Monte, you'll combine different colors, textures and subtle flavors to wake up the palette before dinner.  This class will cover an array of dishes: roasted red pepper salad, pickled fennel, roasted plum tomatoes, fried zucchini, artichoke hearts in herb butter, sliced aged provolone, soppressata and grilled bread!  A glass of our home made Aperol spritz and we recreate a heritage.

For the best experience, please make one reservation on behalf of everyone in your party so we can arrange social distance friendly setup for everyone. No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets in case you wish to recreate the dish on your own after the class. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).
