Rustic Pasta Workshop: Linguine with Spinach Alfredo

Have you ever made your own pasta completely from scratch? Egg-y, silky, and rich - the texture and flavor of hand-made pasta noodles just don't compare with dry boxed kinds. Once you learn the techniques on how to create the dough, roll it out, and cut them into noodles, you will have mastered the basics of pasta dough that can be turned into ravioli, orecchiette, pappardelle, agnolotti...you name it! In this class, you will be making linguine pasta with your hands, and will also learn to make a fresh spinach alfredo sauce.



No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Find out about our favorite resources in Los Angeles for sourcing ingredients and basic equipment for recreating the menu at home. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting.

Guests are invited to bring their own wine, beer, or champagne.

Chef Cole has been cooking for 20 years professionally and personally with styles reflecting many of the places he has lived and positions he has held in kitchens over the years. Cuban and Caribbean influences from growing up and cooking in Miami, BBQ and Italian cuisine in Richmond VA, gastro fare, pizza and mid western food in Chicago and more recently Asian, sushi and vegan fare here in Los Angeles.

This class is BYOB! The nature of our classes are set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment.
Cancellation policy
Reschedule request have to be made at least 48 hours before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 14 days for groups of 6 people or more. Cancellations are not permitted and tickets are non-refundable.See terms and policy.

Such a fun, delicious experience! Chef Cole did a great job of showing us the tricks of making pasta. It was my first time and was so fun and easy! The sauce we made was absolutely delicious and will definitely be added to my dinner rotation. It was a really fun cooking class and I would totally do it again!
