Seasonal Risotto

Description

Risotto is a short grain rice creamy delicacy, which is uniquely easy to make, it just requires patience. The rice produces a flavorful and appealing palate perception, especially when colorful produce is used as accompaniment.

In this fun and hands-on class, you will be guided step-by-step in how to make the perfect Risotto using seasonal produce. Chef Julia will teach you the ins & outs of what makes the perfect vegetarian Risotto so you can feel confident recreating this dish at home, and making the recipe your own.

No experience is required! All equipment and ingredients will be provided. Our events are casual and meant to be fun, relaxing and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting.

Please note that class will be hosted in Chef Julia's home with ample space to social distance booking parties from one another. Chef Julia is also maintaining a sanitized space, for your safety, as per CDC guidelines. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in and get settled, while wearing your mask.
