Handmade Pasta with Lemon Pesto

Description

Join us for a fun and entertaining evening, immersing yourself in the art of crafting perfect handmade pasta. Our skilled Chef Instructor will guide you through each step to create beautiful Pappardelle or Fettuccine pasta from scratch. Guests will learn the secrets of making dough, mastering the delicate process of rolling it out, and shaping it into flawless pasta strands. Guests will peel and boil lemons to add a unique spin on a traditional pesto sauce.

Break out your knife skills to cut fresh basil in a chiffonade technique for a beautiful garnish that will take the dish to a new level. Once the pasta is perfectly cooked, we’ll plate it with the fresh lemon pesto sauce and savor a mouthwatering meal in our lively and inviting atmosphere. But the true joy comes when you dig into your delicious pasta, surrounded by your fellow classmates and newfound foodie friends, sharing stories and laughter over a plate of homemade goodness.

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).

Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. Guests in the same booking party will work together throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment. The nature of our classes are set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment. Classes are intended for adults 18+. Drinks are NOT included in the ticket price. Drinks will be available for purchase from Craft and Growler for those are 21+ .
