There's nothing so delicious as fresh pasta, made from scratch.

Escape to Italy for an evening to master the the art of making pasta. Follow the steps demonstrated by your Chef Instructor to make beautiful Fettuccine pasta. Guests will learn to make dough from scratch, as well as rolling it out and shaping it to create their picture perfect pasta. Your chef instructor will demonstrate how to make a creamy Alfredo sauce, with the help of some audience participation. Serve the sauce over your al dente cooked pasta and enjoy a delicious meal in a fun atmosphere. The best part is digging into your delicious pasta surrounded by your fellow classmates and newfound foodie friends.

No experience is required! All equipment and ingredients will be provided. Our events are casual and meant to be fun, relaxing and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. You will be seated with your booking group. Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. 21+ please.

Meet your chef instructor
Chef Denver has been working in the restaurant industry for over a decade. In that time he has worked for a variety of establishments cooking everything from fine dining dishes to casual breakfast. As a former stand up comedian, he brings his levity and sense of always wanting to have a good time into the kitchen with him. He loves to see people having a good time, whether they are laughing with him or dining with him.

Ours is one unique Taproom. Not only is the tri-level space visually interesting in structure, it conveys our story with hints of our past throughout (e.g., light fixtures made from the first kegs we ever purchased; a repurposed menu board whose prior life was our tour countertop). An open garage door next to the bar brings in the fresh air on nice days. Within its multiple levels, you can enjoy board games, ring toss, a ping pong table, shuffleboard, foosball, TV’s, music, and of course beer. Bring the family as we are absolutely kid friendly (and they love our dollar sodas). We have wifi so bring your computer and enjoy a shared work space.

Guest requirement
Our classes are set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment. Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. Outside drinks are not allowed. 21+.
Cancellation policy
Reschedule request have to be made at least 48 hours before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 14 days for groups of 6 people or more. Cancellations are not permitted and tickets are non-refundable.See terms and policy.

Chef Denver was fantastic. It was a lot of fun. Me and my daughter went and the pasta we made was so good. He explained everything so great for those that know nothing about cooking g or even a little. Chef said we would get an email with the recipes, so that is great.
