The Ramen Experience: From Broth to Bowl

Description

Escape to the streets of Tokyo as we create this infamous classic dish, Japanese Ramen!

This class is perfect for anyone who enjoys Asian flavors and wants to learn more about how to recreate these flavors and techniques at home!

In this fun, hands-on class, you will be guided step-by-step in recreating this popular noodle soup dish, renowned for its rich broth, abundance of noodles and endless toppings! You will firstly be trained in some foundational knife skills used to chop all of your fresh ingredients. You will then learn how to balance flavors to create your ramen broth and the addition of various vegetables.  You will learn to make your very own homemade ramen noodles from scratch and pair your noodles with a Chicken Miso Ramen Broth.

Cook your noodles and add all the extras that make this deliciously authentic dish!  Once you have created your Ramen sensations, you can have fun customizing your bowl with a variety of traditional garnishes and toppings before enjoying your creation with your new found foodie friends!

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don't already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who's happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).

Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for parking and check-in, especially if you’re part of a large group. Guests will work in groups throughout the class, sharing equipment and ingredients. Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are not included in the ticket price. Classes are intended for adults 18+.
