In this complete hands-on class, you’ll learn how to create a classic Pad Thai dish from scratch.
Our expert instructor, Chef Raina, will guide you through exploring star ingredients that bring depth to the dish and how to use them to bring out the best flavor. You will even get to taste test and familiarize yourself with some new and aromatic flavors. This is a vegetarian class and the choice of proteins will include tofu and/or vegetarian "chicken". After building your dish along with Chef Raina, you will sit down to enjoy your meal, which will taste so much better knowing that you created it from scratch, using the most authentic ingredients and techniques.
No experience is required! All equipment and ingredients will be provided. Our events are casual and meant to be fun, relaxing and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting.
Please note that class will be hosted in Chef Raina's home with ample space in the kitchen to social distance booking parties from one another. Chef Raina is also maintaining a sanitized space, for your safety, as per CDC guidelines. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in and get comfortable, wearing your mask. Guests are welcome to BYOB. Chef Raina has also taken it upon herself to send guests home with a giveaway of a box of fancy teas to enjoy at home.
