Chef Gill was engaging and informative. It was amazing to have personalized attention. The menu was good for beginners as well as more advanced cooks looking to expand into other cultural cuisines. One improvement to make is that the shopping list was missing Coconut milk; I saw it was listed in the directions and I almost missed it. We are definitely going to sign up for more classes from Chef Gill in the future!
