Hey ravioli, you’re beautiful inside and out. Join Chef Candice in her LA kitchen for this highly interactive, hands-on class where you get to make a lovely ravioli dish from the dough, filling, and sauce from scratch in the comfort of your very own home kitchen. No need for a fancy pasta machine - it's time to roll up your sleeves and learn to make the pasta old-fashioned way, just like an Italian Nonna would!

In this virtual class, you will learn to make and knead the egg based pasta dough, then fill your ravioli with a classic ricotta filling, cook these pouches of yum to perfection, and finish off with Chef Candice's tried-and-true tomato based sauce. Chef Candice will walk you through step by step in real time, checking-in to make sure you are on the same page throughout the entire session. With this class, you will gain the basic knowledge of hand-rolled pasta and feel more confident to try making other types of pasta.

No experience is required! We will send you the equipment and ingredients list, which are easy to find and you may already have them in your home kitchen. If you don't have all ingredients, do not despair! Some ingredients can be easily substituted and our Chef will teach you how to make the most of what you already have on hand. Just make sure you have these essential ingredients ready: flour, eggs, garlic, olive oil, milk, ricotta cheese, mozzarella, parmesan, canned tomatoes, olive oil, oregano, parsley. You will have an opportunity to interact with the Chef and ask questions once you have created your dish.

Prepare your mis-en-place ahead of the session (this step is crucial!) grab your apron, and get ready to join a fun virtual cooking party! Ticket is on a per-person basis.The class times are in Eastern Time!

We will be sending you a list of ingredients and equipment you would need for this class. Please make sure you have your ingredients and equipment prepped and ready so that you can cook along with our Chef in real time! Some ingredients may require you to prepare before the session begins. A Zoom link will also be shared with you upon registration.
Cancellation policy
Reschedule request have to be made at least 48 hours before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 14 days for groups of 6 people or more. Cancellations are not permitted and tickets are non-refundable.See terms and policy.

This was an excellent team building activity. It ended up just having our seven team members and was supper easy to setup. Candice was great at adjusting the pace for people, reviewing what gluten free changes would do as well as ingredient substitutions. It was the first time many of us had ever made ravioli and she was able to walk us through so that we all had great looking and great tasting food. The price makes this super easy to manage as a zoom team building during these tough times and would highly recommend for anybody looking to learn some new cooking skills.

It was very tasty and turned out well. I think it would have been more enjoyable if Candice had gone a little slower, and if the supply list had been accurate. I felt like we were spending too much time searching for things that we needed, (Pots, bowls, etc), and we were always a step Or two behind. I cook often so it wasn’t difficult for me, but my friend, who doesn’t cook, had trouble keeping up. If I hadn’t been there to assist, I think she would have given up.
