Classic Handmade Ravioli

Description

There’s nothing so delicious as fresh pasta, and creating it yourself.

If you love fresh ravioli but don't think you could ever replicate what you would order from a restaurant, this class will prove you wrong. Our experienced Chef Instructor will demystify the process, sharing secrets for making perfect pasta dough every time. You will go through a detailed demonstration, before you will be guided step-by-step in replicating the art of ravioli making, from rolling and cutting dough to filling and cooking your ravioli.

Learn to make pasta dough from scratch, then fill your ravioli and finish it off with a quick brown butter sage sauce. We source the freshest ingredients to let the flavors shine through in this simple yet impressive dish. We'll also go over our favorite resources in NYC to find the ingredients and basic equipment you'll need for making your own pasta at home.

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).

Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in, wearing your mask. You will be seated with your booking party and socially distanced from other guests. Guests in the same booking party will work together throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment. Drinks are NOT included in the ticket price, but Brooklyn Brewery beers will be available for purchase at the venue. 21+ only

Swing through Japan and you might find yourself at a metal show lit only by a Brooklyn Brewery sign. Come back to Williamsburg and hear our lunch conversations veer from Broadway shows to ramen tips to whether or not a hot dog is a sandwich. Wherever you encounter our team, stop and say hello.
