Consider the art of dumpling making as a fun yet therapeutic activity of origami...except you are using dumpling wrappers and not papers. It's time to let your creativity flow! Chef Cole will expertly demonstrate how to create your own dumpling skins from scratch so you can try and recreate at home. After the demo, you will continue by using high quality store-bought dumpling wrappers prepared for you ahead of time. You will also get to practice your knife skills when preparing the filling, vital skills that can be applied in your home kitchen. Finally, you will learn how to make a special dipping sauce to perfectly accompany your finished dumplings.

Meet your chef instructor
Chef Cole has been cooking for 20 years professionally and personally with styles reflecting many of the places he has lived and positions he has held in kitchens over the years. Cuban and Caribbean influences from growing up and cooking in Miami, BBQ and Italian cuisine in Richmond VA, gastro fare, pizza and mid western food in Chicago and more recently Asian, sushi and vegan fare here in Los Angeles.

Guest requirement
Feel free to BYOB! All guests will be required to show proof of full vaccination in order to participate in class. Mask wearing during class is recommended but not required. As a result, booking parties will be socially distanced from one another while eating. The nature of our classes are set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment.
Cancellation policy
Reschedule request have to be made at least 48 hours before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 14 days for groups of 6 people or more. Cancellations are not permitted and tickets are non-refundable.See terms and policy.
