We source the freshest ingredients to let the flavors shine through in this simple yet impressive dish. We'll also go over our favorite resources in NYC to find the ingredients and basic equipment you'll need for making your own pasta at home.
No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).
You will be seated with your booking party and socially distanced from other guests throughout class. Drinks are NOT available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. Outside drinks are allowed. BYOB beer, wine, and champagne only. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in, wearing your mask.
Chef Oonagh has been in the culinary world for 20 years. She has owned a successful catering company in NYC for 8 years. She teaches cooking and nutrition classes to kids and adults in groups or in private homes. Her cooking classes are hands on, focus on healthy eating, nutrition discussion and an emphasis on kitchen safety. She graduated from The Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2007.
