Are you ready to impress your friends and family with the perfect sushi rolls?

Learn the tips and tricks from a professional chef in this highly interactive and hands-on class. You will learn to prepare the perfect sushi rice, select the fresh ingredients properly, and the art of rolling. This casual and easy to follow class will surely engage all your senses! All participants will make three different rolls - California Roll, Sweet Plantain Roll, and a Philadelphia Roll. You are invited to let your creativity flow and try rolling with seaweed both inside and out while mixing and matching different ingredients to develop your own unique creation.

All you need to bring to this class is your curiosity and appetite! You can be confident this class will be an absolute delight whether the occasion is for a family activity, friend outing, or surprising your partner for a date night.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. Please note that classes will be hosted outdoors in the courtyard of the hotel. Drinks are not included in the ticket price, but will be available for purchase at the venue. Outside drinks are NOT allowed.

Meet your chef instructor
Chef Sebastián was born in Colombia. He is an international chef who loves the kitchen and everything related to cooking. He also has degrees in Political Science and Management from Tulane University. Chef Sebastián has worked as an Academic Director in Escuela Gastronómica de Occidente in Cali Colombia. Having been a Culinary teacher for more than 8 years, from International food to Latin American food, he enjoys sharing his knowledge and spending time with students who are eager to learn something new about cooking.

Cancellation policy
Reschedule request have to be made at least 48 hours before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 14 days for groups of 6 people or more. Cancellations are not permitted and tickets are non-refundable.See terms and policy.
