Southern Soul Food

Description

In this hands-on, one of a kind, two hour class we're teaching you the basics of Southern Soul Food.

Our Expert Chef Instructor will enlighten you on the background of Southern Soul cooking and will guide you step by step in creating the most delicious meal consisting of: Smothered Chicken, Collard Greens, Mac N Cheese, Potato Salad, and Crackling Corn Muffins. You can even expect to learn some knife skills along the way. But most importantly, make sure to bring your appetite!

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the baking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting.

You will be seated with your booking party and socially distanced from other guests. Guests in the same booking party will work together throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in, wearing your mask. Guests are welcome to BYOB (beer, wine, and champagne).
