Aah!, Gnocchi, these pillowy dumplings are in a pasta category of their own!
In this class you will learn how easy it is, and fun to prepare ricotta gnocchi from scratch. You will mix, knead and rest your dough before rolling and shaping it into the perfect size. Practice cutting your dough and using a fork or a gnocchi board to get that quintessential shape just right! Your chef instructor will then demo how to make a classic Pomodoro sauce with help from the class. You'll saute your pasta after it's boiled, and then enjoy it with a fresh scratch made sauce. So come on out, have fun, and learn how to make gnocchi just like Nonna!
No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).
Guests in the same booking party will sit and work together throughout the class, sharing both ingredients and equipment. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. Outside drinks are not allowed. 21+ only.
