There's nothing like making your own delicious pasta from scratch!

Pasta is a staple in Italian cuisine and has been since around 1154. Now, in American culture pasta is seen as something quick and easy from a box. In this class, we will get back to the roots of Italian cuisine by creating delicious pappardelle pasta and accompany it with a creamy classic Vodka Sauce made from scratch. All ingredients are easily available at local grocery stores or even in your own home right now so impressing your friends and family with your incredible pasta making skills has never been easier!

No experience needed! All ingredients and cooking equipment is provided for you so all that’s needed is a passion for food and a willingness to learn something new.

From the budding chef who wants to expand on their culinary prowess to the person who has never picked up a spatula, this class caters to all and welcomes all levels of learning! Guests are invited to BYOB (beer, wine or champagne).



To ensure the safety and enriching experience of all participants, we require children aged 14 to 17 be accompanied by a parent or guardian during our cooking classes. Classes are intended for adults 18+.

Chef Cregg is a southern California based Chef & food stylist with years of professional culinary experience. Chef Cregg has been featured in various Food Network competitions and along with commercial and television clients, he has also done extensive work in print and packaging for publications and companies he has been the principal food stylist for over 20+ cooks books in addition to working at Michelin star restaurants and 4 star hotels and bouquet catering companies in San Francisco.

Greenhaus Kitchen Studio is located in the Historic South-Central Los Angeles neighborhood. The building is situated in the Florence Corridor of Los Angeles approximately 15 minutes from LAX airport and 5 minutes from SoFi Stadium.
Guest requirement
The nature of our classes are set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment. Upon arrival, please do not enter the building. The Chef will meet all guests at check in time at the building entrance to allow access. Please note that late arrivals will not be admitted and the door will close 5 minutes after the class start time. Please contact customer service to assist with your booking if you arrive late at hello@cocusocial.com Guests are invited to BYOB (beer, wine, or champagne). Cancellation policy
Reschedule request have to be made at least 48 hours before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 14 days for groups of 6 people or more. Cancellations are not permitted and tickets are non-refundable.See terms and policy.
