Finding the place was an "adventure," but once we were in, it was great!! Fun, delicious, and we learned a lot. The class was really too large, but overall it was great.

I felt welcomed immediately and learned more about Sushi in an evening than I thought possible. Chef Greene was amazing. He was informative, entertaining, and interesting. He made the work of sushi feel fun and the fun of cooking feel rewarding. I’d take a class with him again in a heartbeat.
