Escape the energy of Downtown Los Angeles and step into the warm, intimate atmosphere of The Wine Station for our exclusive Introductory Wine Tasting Experience.
Whether you are a complete beginner or a seasoned wine enthusiast, this class will teach you how to identify acidity, alcohol, tannins, and sweetness. We will also explore how climate, soil, sunlight, altitude, and proximity to bodies of water influence the wines in your glass.
Guided by Certified Sommelier Thibaud, who has managed wine programs in Los Angeles for over 15 years and is currently pursuing the WSET Level 4 Diploma—you will taste six wines made from classic grape varieties grown in different regions around the world. The selection will include Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Cabernet Sauvignon, with additional wines chosen based on availability.
Discover the history of wine, explore renowned wine regions, and master essential tasting techniques while learning to recognize grape varieties and flavor profiles. Our goal is to ignite your passion for wine, refine your palate, and help you experience every glass in a new way.
