Shake it up: Mixology Basics

Mix things up this Cocktail Hour where you play the bartender! For two fun-filled, memorable hours, join us as we demystify this captivating craft and master the art of Mixology!

Guided by our Craft Cocktail Expert, you will learn the basics of bartending by stocking a basic bar, using bar tools, fashioning the perfect garnishes and learning how to "free-pour". Our resident Mixologist will demonstrate how to "build" a range of classic cocktails, which you will then have the opportunity to taste. Each Mixologist-in-the-making will then be paired with a fellow drink-slinger and have the opportunity to step behind the bar and make two of their favourite cocktails from the menu. Our cocktail menu will showcase the classics including the Martini, the Whiskey Sour, the Magarita, the Mojito, the Old Fashioned and the Negroni. Our Mixologist will then enlighten you on how delicious seasonal ingredients can add a creative twist!
