In this interactive and hands-on cooking class with Chef Annria, you will be putting together a wonderful Italian feast consisting of arugula radicchio salad to start with, then classic risotto with peas and parmesan from scratch. Come hungry because you are in for a real treat this evening!
No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen.
