Join Chef Sean for a fun, interactive cooking class where you’ll learn to craft delicate farfalle (bowtie pasta) completely from scratch. From mixing and kneading silky pasta dough to shaping each piece by hand, you’ll build the skills and confidence to recreate this Italian favorite at home.
What You’ll Make:
You’ll prepare fresh farfalle and pair it with a vibrant, housemade basil pesto using fresh, simple ingredients. Chef Sean will guide you step-by-step through the process, sharing tips and techniques to help you achieve perfect texture, flavor, and presentation.

Our classes are designed to be approachable and enjoyable for everyone—from total beginners to seasoned home cooks. With your workstation fully prepped, all you need to do is show up ready to cook, learn, and have fun.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in.
You will be seated with your booking party. Guests in the same booking will work together throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment. Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. Outside beverages are not permitted. 21+
Chef Sean has been cooking professionally for nearly ten years, gaining experience across a variety of restaurants and cuisines along the way. He currently works as a Personal Chef, hosting dinner parties, cooking classes, and other culinary experiences designed to bring people together through food. Passionate about sharing his knowledge and love of cooking, Chef Sean looks forward to helping you build confidence in the kitchen while creating delicious dishes from scratch.
The nature of our classes are set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment. Groups of 2 may be asked to share their station with another couple. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in so that class can begin on time.
