What You Will Learn:

You’ll learn how to properly prepare sushi rice, handle and slice ingredients with confidence, and roll a variety of classic sushi styles. During class, you’ll create a California roll, Philadelphia roll, and seasonal vegetable roll using high-quality ingredients. Chef Sean will also share essential techniques for rolling, assembling, and plating sushi so you can recreate everything in your own kitchen.

No Experience Necessary:

Whether you're planning a unique date night, a fun outing with friends, or simply looking to try something new, this class offers the perfect mix of culinary education, creativity, and social connection. All tools and ingredients are provided, and Chef Sean creates a welcoming environment that’s approachable for both sushi enthusiasts and first-timers alike.

Our classes are designed to be fun and accessible for everyone. Your station will be fully prepped with supplies, making this an easy and engaging activity for team building, celebrations, or a memorable night out.

You will be seated with your booking party. Guests in the same booking will work together throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment. Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are not included in the ticket price. Outside beverages are not permitted. 21+

The nature of our classes are set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment. Groups of 2 may be asked to share their station with another couple. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in so that class can begin on time. Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. Outside drinks are not allowed. 21+

Cancellation policy
Reschedule request have to be made at least 48 hours before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 14 days for groups of 6 people or more. Cancellations are not permitted and tickets are non-refundable.See terms and policy.
