Nikkei Cuisine: Peruvian Inspired Sushi

Description

Discover the vibrant flavors of Japanese-Peruvian fusion
Join us for a fun, hands-on cooking experience exploring Nikkei cuisine, a unique fusion of Japanese culinary techniques and Peruvian flavors and ingredients. In this beginner-friendly class, you'll learn how these two culinary traditions come together to create colorful, flavorful, and beautifully presented dishes.

What You Will Learn:
You'll start with the essential basics—cooking, seasoning, and handling sushi rice—before mastering rolling techniques, ingredient balance, and professional cuts. Guided by your chef, you'll explore three Nikkei-inspired sushi rolls ranging from bold and savory to bright and vegetable-forward. After a chef demonstration and tasting, you'll step up to your station to roll, top, and plate your own restaurant-worthy creations with interactive guidance every step of the way.

No Experience Necessary:
Whether you're a sushi lover, curious about Peruvian cuisine, or simply looking for a unique night out, this class offers a fun and approachable way to try something new. Your station will be fully prepared with all the tools, equipment, and fresh ingredients needed for the class. Come ready to cook, get creative, and enjoy a full spread of your own rolls to share at the end of the evening.
