French Patisserie: Eclairs & Profiteroles

Description

Light, airy, and irresistibly indulgent- few things compare to classic French choux pastry. In this hands-on class, Chef Jill will guide you through the art of creating these elegant treats from scratch.

You’ll learn how to master pâte à choux dough, the foundation for some of France’s most beloved desserts. Then, you’ll transform your dough into delicate cream puffs and perfectly shaped éclairs.

To finish, you’ll prepare a rich pastry cream and silky chocolate ganache, filling and topping your creations to perfection.

Whether you’re looking to impress guests or simply satisfy a sweet craving, this class will give you the skills and confidence to recreate these timeless pastries at home.

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the baking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting.
